We are a fast-casual restaurant concept that is about 30 days from opening the doors at our 2nd location in Mid-Wilshire / Beverly Grove neighborhood.

GENERAL MANAGER (Full-time)

KITCHEN MANAGER (Full-time and part-time)

Below are a list of requirements and qualities we are looking for:

- Must have a current CA Food Handlers Card

- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the Food Service or Hospitality Industry

- Must have knowledge and experience operating a POS System (Preferably REVEL POS System)

- Must pass Serve Safe exam

- Must be okay going through a background check 

- Managers must have knowledge and experience with INVENTORY CONTROL / MANAGEMENT

- Gourmet Tacos and Craft Beer Enthusiasts preferred but not required

- HS Diploma or higher degree

- Serve Safe Certification a PLUS

- ALL SALARIES AND WAGES ARE BASED ON EXPERIENCE (Please include Salary / Pay History on submission)

GENERAL MANAGER (Full-time):

This position calls for an organized leader who will implement restaurant and company policy and procedures diligently.  We are looking for a Manager who will lead by example and motivate employees to attain common goals: keep customers happy, maintain positive online reviews (e.g. yelp, blogs, etc), handle and serve food and drinks properly, eliminate risks and liability, increase sales, reduce costs and stay profitable.  

 

Below are some regular duties:

- Schedule weekly shifts for all employees 

- Hire and Train new employees with POS System, Food Handling and Service, Customer Service, Food Storage, etc.

- Write up or fire employees as needed

- Weekly Inventory Control and Reporting to Accounting

- Close out / Batch sales receipts at closing, when needed

- Interact with customers in a professional manner

- Place purchase orders with vendors and suppliers

- Work hand in hand with COO (Chief Operating Officer)  

- Operate POS System and handle payments, as needed

- Keep track of Employee Hours, Tips and Bonuses

- Run Bi-Weekly Payroll with Finance Manager

- Submit weekly Reports and Paperwork via OnTrac to the Finance Manager

- Ensure that State Photo IDs are being checked for anyone ordering Beer & Wine

- Maintain a proper system for cleaning equipment and beer lines

 

KITCHEN MANAGER (Full-time and part-time)

This position is ideal for an experienced individual who is knowledgeable in proper food preparation, handling, and service.  Knowledge in Gourmet Tacos and Craft Beer is highly preferred.  The perfect candidate must be motivated to maintain quality and integrity of food and drinks on all locations.

Below are some regular duties:

- Work with the General Manager and COO on ordering, tracking and reporting weekly inventory

- Conduct regular inspections of food quality, handing, preparation, service, storage, etc.

- Responsible in making sure Health Inspections are passed and maintaining an "A" food rating at all times

- Train current and new employees with efficient techniques that improve quality and preparation time

- Help keep food costs low by implementing proper weighing of ingredients as well as eliminating wastes and loss

- Implement Project Taco company policy and procedures diligently

- Maintain a proper system for cleaning equipment and beer lines

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Full-time and part-time)

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who works hard and supports the General Manager. The ideal candidate would be someone who aspires to become a General Manager and will do what it takes to perform well to move up the ladder.

Below are some regular duties:

- Act as Manager on duty when General Manager is away

- Assist General Manager in implementing Restaurant / Company policy and procedures

- Assist General Manager in Inventory Control and Management

- Close out / Batch sales receipts at closing 

- Interact with customers in a professional manner

- Assist General Manager in hiring and firing

- Operate POS System and handle payments, as needed

- Ensure that State Photo IDs are being checked for anyone ordering Beer & Wine

- Maintain a proper system for cleaning equipment and beer lines

 

OPENERS & CLOSERS (Full-time and part-time)

This position is ideal for a person who likes working and excels in the Food Service Industry or someone looking to find a FUN and rewarding part-time job.  

Below are some regular duties:

- Greet Customers with a smile and positive attitude

- Wear proper uniform and kitchen garment at all times

- Operate POS System and handle payments accurately

- Be comfortable and confident in making and handling food: Tacos, Side Dishes, Pouring Beers, etc. 

- Tidy up kitchen, dining, restroom and back area regularly

- Properly and safely handle equipment and tools

- Must come to work as scheduled and on time

- Must follow Restaurant / Company policy and procedures 

- Ensure that State Photo IDs are being checked for anyone ordering Beer & Wine

- Train under the management team to learn how to clean the Beer Lines
